Job summary

Selah Digital Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Salesforce Developer to optimise and enhance our Salesforce CRM, support business growth, and deliver robust solutions. You will transform business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations and develop custom applications.

You'll build integrations via REST and SOAP, implement automation, and work through the full SDLC with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of demonstrable Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and the Lightning Framework across multiple clouds.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce data models (standard and custom objects).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strong technical writing ability.
• Confident communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator).
• Familiarity with Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with cloud services and third-party integrations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and the Lightning Framework, including hands-on experience across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce data models - standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong technical writing ability.
• Confident communicator — able to translate technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications — Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator.
