Responsibilities

• Experience with development in Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce programming skills (Apex/Lightning (LWC) and Force.com)
• Understanding of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Experience communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
• Mentoring team members to meet client needs and uphold high standards of delivery; able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and apply learnings in complex troubleshooting
