Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, customization, and production support.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows.
• Experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience designing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
