Job Description: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer with expertise in server‑side Apex development and front‑end Lightning Web Components (LWC). In this role, you will design, optimize, and maintain custom Salesforce components to support and enhance the functionality and efficiency of a Large Language Model (LLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience within the Salesforce platform.
• Optimize LWC performance, ensuring smooth, responsive interfaces and seamless interactions.
• Implement complex business logic using high‑quality Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes while adhering to best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external APIs and third‑party applications using Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across the Salesforce environment.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing actionable feedback and maintaining high coding standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, technical solutions, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional Salesforce development with a focus on LWC, Apex, and SOQL.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in LWC lifecycle methods, data binding, event handling, and responsive UI design.
  • Expertise in Apex, including writing unit tests, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API) and integration best practices.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) highly preferred.
