Job summary

Connexr in Hyderabad, India seeks a Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer with 5+ years IT experience and 2–3+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, enable unified customer views, and support real-time personalization across enterprise systems.

You will implement data governance, identity resolution, and data unification while integrating Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total IT experience.
• 2–3+ years relevant experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Data Streams, DMOs, Unified Profiles, Segments, Calculated Insights.
• Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft integration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Composite).
• Excellent communication skills (no MTI influence).

Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and MuleSoft integration. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines, enabling unified customer views and real-time personalization across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage data ingestion pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud.

Configure and optimize Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights.

Ensure identity resolution and data unification for customer profiles.

Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external analytics platforms.

Implement data governance, hygiene, and quality best practices.

Develop and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Copado, GitLab, or Gearset.

Manage environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) using scratch orgs or sandboxes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years total IT experience.
