Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Salesforce CRM specialist in India to provide administration, configuration, and development across Sales Cloud and related platforms. You will design declarative solutions, build automations, and maintain integrations to support business processes.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions, monitor data quality, and help deploy changes within governance guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and/or development
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and standard CRM objects
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools
• Experience working with integrations, data migration, and data quality best practices
• Solid understanding of CRM best practices, scalable design principles, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (as required), and integrations
• Support CRM enhancements, releases, and deployments following change management and governance processes
• Proactively monitor system health, usage trends, and data quality to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, digital platforms)

For This Role, You Will Need:
