Job summary

Emerson India is seeking a Salesforce professional to provide CRM support and develop scalable Salesforce solutions. You will handle admin tasks, security, user management, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective CRM designs.

The role involves building automations with Flow/Process Builder, creating reports, dashboards, and integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Prior experience with Sales/Service Cloud is valued.

Job Description:

• Provide Salesforce CRM support (break/fix, configuration, enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) in line with agreed service levels


• Administer Salesforce environments including user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access


• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development where required


• Build and maintain flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business processes


• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (as required), and integrations


• Support CRM enhancements, releases, and deployments following change management and governance processes


• Proactively monitor system health, usage trends, and data quality to identify improvement opportunities


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions


• Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, digital platforms)

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and/or development


• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and standard CRM objects


• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs


• Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and validation rules


• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Experience Cloud a plus)


• Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools


• Experience working with integrations, data migration, and data quality best practices


• Solid understanding of CRM best practices, scalable design principles, and governance.
