Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, implement, and optimize CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements. You will build and customize CPQ components, integrate with ERP, billing systems, and external APIs, and guide the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle from pricing to renewals.

You will mentor junior developers, prepare deployment plans, and document technical solutions, ensuring scalable, high-quality CPQ implementations across stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce CPQ implementations and customization.
• Strong Apex/Triggers development & Lightning Web Components.
• Exposure to integration with ERP/billing systems and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain CPQ entities: Products, Bundles, Price Books, Discounts, Rules, and Pricing.
• Develop/modify CPQ templates, approvals, and renewal processes.
• Build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Manage Quote-to-Cash lifecycle from pricing to renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Stakeholders.
• Perform CPQ data migration, deployment, testing, and production support.
• Integrate CPQ with ERP, Billing, SAP/Oracle, MuleSoft, or REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot CPQ issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Prepare technical docs, design docs, and deployment plans.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.

Configure and maintain Products, Bundles, Price Books, Discount Schedules, Product Rules, and Pricing Rules.

Develop and customize CPQ Quote Templates, Approval Processes, and Renewal/Amendment processes.

Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce as required.

Manage Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including product selection, pricing, quoting, contracting, and renewals.

Implement CPQ Best Practices and optimize existing configurations.

Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to gather requirements.

Perform CPQ data migration, deployment, testing, and production support activities.

Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, Billing, SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, or REST APIs.

Troubleshoot complex CPQ-related issues and implement scalable solutions.

Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment plans.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Salesforce CPQ implementations.
