Job summary

Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Salesforce CPQ Consultant to lead CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud implementations. You will design configurations, handle product setup (assets, bundles, rules), and master Quote-to-Cash workflows while delivering scalable integration with external systems.

You will develop using Apex, LWC, and Flows, participate in CI/CD deployments, and coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support production releases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience required.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Product Setup, Asset Management, and Bundles.
• Strong CPQ lifecycle knowledge from requirements to production.
• Experience with deployment tools and Salesforce integrations.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flows and best practices.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in product setup, pricing configuration, deployments, integrations, and a solid understanding of the complete Salesforce CPQ lifecycle from requirement gathering to production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions integrated with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Work on Product Setup including Assets, Bundles, Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, and Approvals.
• Support Quote-to-Cash processes and customer service workflows.
• Handle end‑to‑end Salesforce CPQ implementation and business process flow.
• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configurations.
• Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD and deployment tools.
• Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs or middleware tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployments, and production releases.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce CPQ.
• Good experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Product Setup, Asset Management, and Bundle Configuration.
• Good understanding of the complete Salesforce CPQ journey and lifecycle.
• Experience working with deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce DX.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementation and support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Billing or Revenue Cloud is an added advantage.
• Agile/Scrum project experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
