Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a seasoned Salesforce CPQ Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Q2C ecosystem in Chennai. The role demands expert Salesforce CPQ skills, strong business analysis, and end-to-end ownership of the CPQ project in a contract setting.

You will drive CPQ solutions, CLM configurations, and advanced approvals while leveraging Conga Composer, e-Signature, and global pricing considerations for international operations.

• Seasoned Salesforce CPQ Developer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Q2C ecosystem.
• Requires expertise in Salesforce development and business analysis to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own CPQ implementation through all phases of development with high-quality code standards.
• Experience with Conga Composer and Adobe e-Signature integration.
• Configure CLM and Advanced Approvals with complex approval chains and backup approvers.
• Build custom scripts using JavaScript and tailor product/pricing rules for advanced logic.
• Implement Guided Selling and CPQ renewals and Order Management using OOB capabilities.
• Manage exchange rates and global price snapshots for international operations.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and perform peer code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end CPQ implementation across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Design, prototype, build, and support Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and manage end-to-end build activities.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure code quality across the SFDC instance.

Job Description

• We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce CPQ Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) ecosystem.
• This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Salesforce development and strong business analysis skills to translate complex functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• You will take full ownership of the Salesforce CPQ implementation through all phases of development, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and high-quality code standards.
• Solution Engineering: Design, prototype, build, and support solutions for Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) to meet evolving business needs.
• Technical Implementation: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and manage end-to-end build activities.
• Document Generation: Manage complex customer-facing document generation using Conga Composer and Adobe e-Signature integration.
• Approval & Lifecycle Management: Configure Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Advanced Approvals, including complex approval chains and backup approver setups.
• Automation & Scripting: Build custom scripts using JavaScript and customize product and pricing rules to support advanced business logic.
• Advanced CPQ Features: Implement Guided Selling, twin field concepts, and leverage out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities for CPQ renewals and Order Management.
• Global Commerce: Manage exchange rates and global price snapshot adjustments for international operations.
• Quality Assurance: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, perform peer code reviews, and increase code coverage within the SFDC instance.

Skills

• Platform Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Development Stack: Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, @future), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Data Modeling: Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules), and SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Integrations: Experience designing and developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Tooling: Experience with Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and VS Code.
• DevOps: Knowledge of Release Management, Source Control, and CI/CD tools such as Copado, ANT, or Git is highly preferred.

Education

• Master Degree.
• Salesforce certified CPQ / RCA Specialist
