Job summary

Radix2 Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions, ensuring delivery aligned with objectives.

You will gather and document requirements, create BRDs and user stories, and collaborate with developers, admins, and QA in a remote setup. A strong background in Sales/Service Cloud and Agile is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, CRM processes, and business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, Flows, reports, dashboards, security, and automation.
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
