Job summary

TechMatrix is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering effective Salesforce solutions.

You should have 4+ years of BA experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, and hands-on deployment experience across 2-3 end-to-end implementations, with excellent analysis, documentation, and communication skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce designs.
