Job summary

The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Agentforce experience preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred.Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Flow.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
