Job description

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories and functional specifications for the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, its capabilities, and limitations.
• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with platform best practices.
• Configure and customize the Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager to support business requirements.
• Create and maintain process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.
• Participate in testing efforts, including developing test plans and test cases, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and analyze potential risks and issues and propose solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce B2C Commerce features and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce B2C Commerce functionalities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proven experience working with the Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware) platform.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, customer journeys, and online retail operations.
• Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager and its modules (e.g., catalog, promotions, pricing, content management, ordering).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration concepts and experience working with integrated systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
