Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced QA Lead with 6+ years of QA experience, including 4+ years in Salesforce testing, to lead quality assurance for Salesforce Service Cloud programs.

You will own end-to-end QA strategy, drive automation with AccelQ, and ensure robust testing of Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console across integrations. Hybrid work options and strong stakeholder collaboration are offered.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud processes and data model
• Hands-on AccelQ automation (required)
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and validation testing
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce Service Cloud programs

• Validate key Service Cloud functionalities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console
• Ensure quality across workflow, routing, SLAs, and integrations with external systems
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado) and manage regression cycles
• Drive defect lifecycle, quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage

What You'll Do:

• QA Leadership: Own end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce Service Cloud programs

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with AccelQ automation (must-have)
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and validation testing
• Strong understanding of:
• o Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, entitlement & SLA management
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integrations
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and driving automation adoption
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to drive quality ownership and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Exposure to data validation/testing tools (e.g., Valgenesys)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
