Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise K-12 Education Cloud implementations.
• Design scalable Salesforce Education Cloud solutions for Kindergarten through Grade 12.
• Define end-to-end student lifecycle architecture (admissions to graduation).
• Design security architecture with FERPA/GDPR/privacy controls and sharing model.
• Lead integration with SIS, LMS, identity providers, ERP/finance, and other systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale K-12 digital education platforms built on Salesforce Education Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in architecting solutions that support the complete student lifecycle—from admissions through graduation—while integrating academic, administrative, parent, and teacher experiences into a unified platform.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, school administrators, educators, and technical teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions for modern K-12 institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise K-12 Education Cloud implementations.
• Design scalable Salesforce Education Cloud solutions supporting Kindergarten through Grade 12 students.
• Define end-to-end student lifecycle architecture, including:
• Student recruitment
