You will design robust, scalable solutions tailored to client needs, collaborating across departments like admissions, student finance, and IT to enhance the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Education Cloud using EDA.
• Collaborate with BAs and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Architect guided processes using OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures).
• Integrate Salesforce with university systems and third-party platforms using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity.
• Review solution design, ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, and evaluate architectural approaches.
• Communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA).
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architectural principles and security.
