What You’ll Own

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our Enterprise Operations team based in India, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation, integration, and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support our end-to-end customer lifecycle while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, developers, administrators, and architecture leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions. As a trusted technical leader, you will provide architectural guidance across the Salesforce ecosystem, helping teams maximise the value of platform capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Core Clouds.

• Design and govern Salesforce solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise standards, and platform best practices.
• Lead solution design activities across Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented in accordance with approved designs and architectural principles
• Define integration architectures leveraging MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration standards
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, identifying technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Support Agile delivery teams operating within Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile frameworks.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable throughout the application lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects.
• Contribute to architecture governance processes, standards, design patterns, and reusable frameworks.
• Support CI/CD practices and modern engineering approaches to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend innovative solutions that deliver business value.
• Manage technical debt and help define platform roadmaps that support long-term business growth

What You Bring

• Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Salesforce Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities including:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Agentforce
  • Data Cloud / Data 360
  • Salesforce Platform Services
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, platform capabilities, design patterns, and governor limits.
  • Experience designing complex enterprise integrations using:
    • MuleSoft
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • Event-driven architectures
    • Middleware solutions
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including sharing models, profiles, permission sets, Shield, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and technology governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development, and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Application Architect
  • Salesforce System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
  • Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architectare highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile and SAFe delivery environments
