Job summary

Herbayu Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design high-performing, scalable Salesforce solutions and guide development teams through architectural decisions.

Candidate will lead design sessions, ensure alignment with enterprise goals, and oversee multi-org strategies with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling such as Copado, Gearset, or DevOps Center. 8+ years in Salesforce required, with 3+ years in an architect role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem
• 3+ years as an architect
• Deep expertise in Salesforce core clouds and integrations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and governance within the Salesforce platform
• Ability to lead technical design sessions and guide development teams through implementation best practices
• Experience with multi-org strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or DevOps Center
