Job summary

Huron Consulting in India is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with 10+ years’ experience to design and lead enterprise Salesforce solutions across complex environments.

You will own architecture decisions, drive integrations via REST/SOAP, mentor developers, and ensure governance, security and scalability in delivery across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience in architecture/solution design.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect/Technical Architect in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Certification: Salesforce Application Architect

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design: design end-to-end enterprise Salesforce solutions and translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Salesforce Development Oversight: provide technical oversight across configuration, Apex, LWC and automation.
• Integration & Data Architecture: design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Delivery & Technical Leadership: lead requirements, design reviews, sprint planning, and mentor developers.

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integration design. The candidate should have 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with strong experience in architecting scalable Salesforce solutions across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design
  • Design end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Convert functional and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reusable technical designs.
  • Drive architecture decisions covering application design, system integration, security, data model, and deployment strategy.
  • Create Solution Design Documents (SDD), architecture diagrams, sequence flows, integration designs, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with Salesforce platform limits, best practices, and enterprise governance standards.
• Salesforce Development Oversight
  • Provide technical oversight for configuration and development across:
  • LWC
  • Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables
  • Flows / Process Automation
• Integration & Data Architecture
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external applications using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Platform Events
  • Change Data Capture
• Delivery & Technical Leadership
  • Lead discussions during requirements, design, sprint planning, development, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Provide effort estimation and technical risk assessment for new initiatives.
  • Mentor developers, conduct design reviews, and resolve technical blockers.

Required Experience

• Strong exposure to architecture governance, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.
• Certification: Salesforce application architect
