Job summary

Huron is a global consultancy seeking a Salesforce Architect to design scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will own architecture decisions, data model security, and integration strategies across complex environments.

The role requires 10+ years in Salesforce, prior experience as a Solution/Technical Architect, and leadership of multi-project Salesforce transformation programs. Indian operations, on-site delivery and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience required.
• Experience as a Solution Architect/Technical Architect in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Experience in at least two full lifecycle Salesforce transformation programs.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Convert requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Drive decisions on application design, integration, security, data model and deployment strategy.
• Create Solution Design Documents, architecture diagrams and integration specs.
• Provide oversight for configuration and development (LWC, Apex, Flows).
• Lead requirements/design discussions and mentor developers.

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integration design. The candidate should have 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with strong experience in architecting scalable Salesforce solutions across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.




• Convert functional and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reusable technical designs.




• Drive architecture decisions covering application design, system integration, security, data model, and deployment strategy.




• Create Solution Design Documents (SDD), architecture diagrams, sequence flows, integration designs, and technical specifications.




• Ensure architecture aligns with Salesforce platform limits, best practices, and enterprise governance standards.

Salesforce Development Oversight

• Provide technical oversight for configuration and development across:

Integration & Data Architecture

• Mentor developers, conduct design reviews, and resolve technical blockers.
