Ivy Mobility, Inc. is seeking a Vice President Marketing to oversee ambitious Salesforce-driven architecture and data strategy. You will define scalable solutions, security models, and integration patterns to support global consumer product clients.

You will mentor engineers, run architecture workshops, and ensure governance and performance across platforms while aligning with business goals.

Ivy is a leader in providing Secondary Sales ERP to CPG companies and is looking for a Vice President Marketing to oversee marketing strategies resulting in achieving desired business goals.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

10+ Years of SFDC development experience

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce implementations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead architecture and technical design workshops with customers and stakeholders.
• Define Salesforce data models, security/sharing architecture, integration patterns, automation, and customization strategy.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Middleware, and SAP platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce products as applicable.
• Evaluate declarative vs. programmatic approaches and ensure the right balance between configuration and custom development.
• Review Apex, LWC, integrations, data models, and other technical implementations for scalability and quality.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, coding standards, and governance.
• Provide guidance on Large Data Volume (LDV), performance, governor limits, asynchronous processing, and platform scalability.
• Define data migration strategy, including data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and deployment considerations.
• Identify technical risks, architectural gaps, dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead technical discussions around security, identity, authentication, authorization, and compliance.
• Support estimation, technical proposals, POCs, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
• Mentor Senior Developers, Tech Leads, and other Salesforce engineers.
• Collaborate with project/program managers, enterprise architects, business analysts, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, including Agentforce, AI, and emerging Salesforce architecture patterns.

Required Technical Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development/technology solutions with significant Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs
• Flows and automation
• Platform Events / CDC
• Salesforce security and sharing
• Data migration
• Integration architecture
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware such as MuleSoft, SAP, etc.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategy.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create and communicate solution architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, data models, and technical design documents.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect.
• Platform Developer II / Platform App Builder / Platform Data Architect certifications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and complex system integrations.
• Experience working directly with customers in a consulting/advisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring architects/developers.
• Communicate effectively to all Stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or any other related field.
