Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer in India to lead end-to-end Salesforce design and architecture. You will partner with business stakeholders and engineers to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom developments on the Salesforce Platform.

You will translate requirements into high-level designs, enforce best practices for security and performance, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Page Layouts).
• Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Project Description:

Salesforce Architect / Developer, responsible for leading the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or custom development on the Salesforce Platform.

Ensure solutions follow best practices around security, performance, and scalability.

Support the creation and maintenance of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Collaborate with QA and business users to test and debug solutions.
Learn and apply Salesforce best practices in security, development, and deployment.
Document technical specifications and solutions.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Experience Level : 4 to 5+ years
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Handson experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Page Layouts).
