Job summary

This role focuses on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing skills in Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, and enterprise integration, while building professional networks and delivering value.

As an Adobe - Marketo+ AJO, Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Utilizing skills in business process modeling and enterprise integration
• Engaging in innovative design and technology implementation projects
• Developing training materials for emerging technologies and applications
