Masco Home Products India seeks a proactive Salesforce Administrator to optimize our SFDC platform, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions that support Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, build reports and dashboards, coordinate releases, maintain security and data governance, and collaborate with Developers to translate business needs into practical, lasting improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of CRM experience, with at least 3 years as an SFDC Admin or equivalent.
  • Salesforce certifications are required / preferred as listed.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day SFDC administration: troubleshooting and handling minor requests.
  • Reports and dashboards creation and management in SFDC.
  • Delivery of SFDC-related projects and enhancements.
  • Security reviews, data governance, and release management.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training.

Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator is a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, and design scalable best practice solutions. We seek an individual with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to quickly identify improvement areas.

The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management, governance, communication, prioritizing, and providing product support for the Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales organizations. This candidate should be skilled in all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.) Percent of Time

Salesforce (SFDC) System Administration
  • Day-to-day operations: troubleshooting and minor requests.
  • Salesforce Reports and Dashboard Management.
  • Delivery of SFDC-related projects and enhancements.
  • Proactive system maintenance including security reviews and release updates.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address issues involving CRM and business operations, and act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce optimization.
  • Document business and technical requirements.
  • Create unit/regression/UAT test scripts.
  • Participate in and coordinate the execution of functional unit testing, user role testing, data analysis, and integration testing.
  • Manage timelines, schedules, and development goals.
  • Change Control Project based: training materials and end-user training.
  • Collaborates with Salesforce Developers and Architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and detailed functional requirements.
  • Proactive communication of any platform changes or issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality and best practices, and proactively recommend solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
Security
  • Assure only relevant data is available to appropriate job roles.
  • Assure compliance with the audit infrastructure including on-boarding, off-boarding, and role/responsibility changes within the organization.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce sharing and security model (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).

Standards
  • Ensure and define high quality of SFDC data objects and data models are governed, and limit customizations.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Define standards for the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions across the different SFDC technologies.
  • Scalability is a priority.
  • Define a model for requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions.
  • Build standards and processes around SFDC DevOps methodology.
  • Salesforce Release Management including review of release notes and upgrade planning.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with CRM systems, at least 3 years directly as an SFDC Admin or equivalent education/experience
  • In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application
  • Experience documenting business processes
  • Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
  • Experience with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Manufacturing and CPQ are a plus)
  • Experience in SFDC Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
  • Experience with Salesforce Admin functions
