Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking a travel coordinator to design itineraries, estimate costs, and ensure smooth bookings for clients.

The role involves communicating with clients, coordinating rates and bookings with hotels and transporters, preparing travel documents, meeting guests, and handling payments and invoicing. Freshers may apply; 1 year of travel-industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism required or preferred.
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Travel Management preferred.
• Excellent personality and communication skills.
• Proper knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design itinerary and costing for clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements.
• Coordinate rates and bookings with hotels and transporters.
• Prepare travel documents including tickets and vouchers.
• Meet and greet the client, follow up and collect feedback.
• Handle payments and raise invoices.

No of Days working: 6 Days

• Design itinerary , costing
• Communication to the clients
• Coordinate for rates , bookings with the hotels and Transporters
• Preparation of travel related documents including ticket , Hotel vouchers etc
• Meet & greet the client
• Follow up & feedback from guest
• Handling payments & raise invoices
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel industry would be an add-on to the profile(Freshers too can Apply)
