Job summary

Innomotics in Mumbai is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support LV induction motor projects, including greenfield and retrofit opportunities across the Middle East. You will collaborate with sales, design and procurement to prepare techno-commercial offers and documentation.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical machines, IEC standards and Ex motor concepts, plus 4+ years of experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical/power electronics.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Power Electronics.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordination with Sales Team/ Customer for LV Motor RFQ handling.
• Coordination with Design team for Technical Offers and clarity on specification points.
• AGT Quotation from International Products through Quotation Centre.
• Segregation of RFQs based on complexity.
• Preparing Comments & Deviations on Client Specifications.
• Preparation and submission of techno commercial offer to sales.
• Costing preparation.
• Customer comment resolution post order and technical clearance of order before manufacturing clearance.
• Maintain order/ revenue database, prepare win-loss, product portfolio and other business analysis.

Role Overview

The Technical Sales Engineer will support the growth of the business for LV induction motors for greenfield projects and for retrofit/replacement of LV motors with special focus on Middle East. This role focuses on providing technical support for Sales by collecting market requirements, preparation of quotations and supporting documentation during execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with Sales Team/ Customer for LV Motor RFQ handling

Knowledge & Skills

• 3 phase Induction Motor-

Ex Machines-

• Design considerations for ex machines, selection motor product


• Regulatory requirements- Exec, ATex


• Strong knowledge of IEC 60079 standard

• Industry:


• Application Know -how of Fan, Blower, Pumps, Conveyors and Mills, O&G

Outlook, Strong hold on Microsoft office excel, Word, etc
