• 1–4 years experience in partner operations, sales support, account coordination, or customer success within payments/fintech/SaaS.
• Experience supporting UK/Ireland or EMEA markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management Support: provide ongoing support to UK Partner Managers; attend and document conference calls; track actions to closure; create and route leads to UK field sellers and IP tele sales teams.
• Partner and Merchant Query Resolution: handle queries via email/phone; liaise with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues; prepare and deliver reports to UK stakeholders.
• Integration and Onboarding Support: assist with payment solution integrations; coordinate with internal technical resources; process manual partner/agent applications and ensure documentation for deals.
• Governance and Compliance: complete and track CDDs, NDAs, and VRM in line with policy and timelines.
• Tools and Systems: log activities in Salesforce and other internal tools; manage pipelines and cases; maintain records.
• Ad‑Hoc Initiatives: execute operational tasks that cannot be automated; ensure quality and adherence to SLAs.

What You’ll Own

• Partner Management Support, Provide ongoing support to UK Partner Managers (SME, Business Development, Partner Management) across assigned partner accounts. Attend and document conference calls with new and existing partners/merchants alongside Partner Managers; track actions to closure. Create and route leads to UK field sellers and IP tele sales teams to enable commercial follow‑up and negotiations.
• Partner and Merchant Query Resolution. Handle partner and merchant queries via email and phone, aiming for first‑time resolution and clear, timely communication. Liaise with cross‑functional teams within Worldpay (e.g., Operations, Risk, Product, Technical Support) to resolve issues and communicate outcomes. Prepare and deliver recurring and ad‑hoc reports to UK stakeholders.
• Integration and Onboarding Support partner merchants with payment solution integrations, coordinating with internal technical resources where required. Process manual partner/agent applications and ensure accurate, complete documentation for deals closed by partners.
• Governance and Compliance, Complete and track partner governance activities including CDD (Customer Due Diligence), NDAs, and VRM (Vendor Risk Management) in line with policy and timelines.
• Tools and Systems, Utilize Salesforce and other internal tools to log activities, manage pipelines, track cases, and maintain accurate records.
• Ad‑Hoc Initiatives, Execute operational tasks that cannot be automated, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience1–4 years in partner operations, sales support, account coordination, or customer success within payments, fintech, or SaaS preferred. Experience supporting UK/Ireland or EMEA markets is a plus.
• Skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer‑first mindset. Proficiency with CRM and case management tools (Salesforce required; Siebel nice to have).Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with attention to detail for reporting and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and time zones.
• Knowledge Understanding of payment processing, integrated payments/ISV ecosystems, and merchant onboarding workflows is advantageous. Familiarity with governance processes (CDD, NDA, VRM) preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
