Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing clients and promoting House of Aetheria’s services and treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, understanding client needs, presenting appropriate offerings, and guiding clients through service options and packages. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads, and ensuring high standards of customer experience at every touchpoint. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with clinical and front-desk teams, support promotional campaigns, and provide input on customer feedback to improve services. This position requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets while upholding the brand’s commitment to ethical and science-backed care.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and deliver a high-quality experience.
• Proven Sales ability, with experience in consultative selling, lead conversion, and achieving revenue targets.
• Exposure to Training and Sales Management activities, such as onboarding new team members or supporting sales processes, is an advantage.
• Prior experience in wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury hospitality is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic office software.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, aesthetic clinic, hospitality, or related fields.
