Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Sales Quality, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to analyse sales data.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up on pending activities.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
• Identify process gaps, errors, and documentation issues and ensure timely corrections.
• Maintain sales records and support management with sales quality analysis and process improvement.
