Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Prog & Incentive Mgmt Sr Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in Master Data Management and SAP MM/EHS/RD modules. The role centers on leading MDMS projects, coordinating global stakeholders and ensuring data integrity for product specifications and SKUs.

The candidate should have a graduate degree and working knowledge of SAP, with exposure to NPI/PLM environments and packaging development processes. Location is India and on-site work is expected.

• Working experience in SAP esp. EHS & RD modules or MM.
• Degree in apprenticeship for industrial clerk or in a technical related profession/subject.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional/global projects from GPSMT end and ensure high data quality for product specs and recipes.
• Coordinate code creation activities with Product, Factories and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Manage SAP EHS/RD data for FGs and SFGs, ensuring timely SKU codes and recipes.

What would you do?

Lead assigned regional/global projects from GPSMT end. Includes creation & maintenance of Product specifications and recipes for Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods and related raw materials requested by NPI or by Product Maintenance initiatives. Coordinate code creation activities within team and align with all involved functional stakeholders in Product, Factories and Supply Chain to provide high data quality during SKU code creation.

What are we looking for?

• Lead & coordinate regional, global or any initiative assigned.
• Creation, maintenance and approval of a high volume of Product Specification/Recipes globally.
• Working with a global functional stakeholder group in Product, Factories, Supply Chain, GMDM and NPI.
• Drive and follow up on all specification related activities with raw material suppliers.
• Deliver all code creation activities and product maintenance activities OTIF and as given by stakeholders.
• DRBU Product Managers

• Oral, OTP & THP CoE Managers
• QIIM Managers in all Factories
• Global and Regional/Local NPI teams
• Central Deploy functions (New category CoE, Complexity Management Team)

• The role is focused on all specification management activities in SAP regarding FMC, OTP, Oral and HP and timely provision of SKU codes and related recipes within the NPI/PLM environment.
• The role requires detailed knowledge of Specification Management processes and its relationship to key stakeholders in NPI, Factories and SC.
• The role requires fundamental knowledge of Packaging & Product Development activities as well as master data management activities in factories and Supply Chain.
• The role requires detailed system knowledge on SAP esp. EHS & RD and its interfaced systems.
• Degree in an apprenticeship for industrial clerk or in a technical related profession/subject.
• Working experience in a technical orientated function (Production, Quality, Product).
• Working experience or fundamental knowledge of Master Data Management in Factories / Supply Chain (e.g. Material masters and BOMs) as Administrators.
• Working experience and/or basic knowledge of NPI processes.
• Working experience in SAP especially with EHS & RD modules or within MM modules.
• Detailed knowledge of tobacco products, its materials and production processes (Combustible products, THP, Oral).
• IT knowledge on MS-Office applications, esp. MS Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creation, release and maintenance of Product specifications and related Recipes in SAP EHS/RD (FGs, SFG Packaging Phantoms).
• Creation of required Pack Raw materials incl. localization of globally governed Specification.
• Ensure & control Supplier Sign off for pack raw materials.
• Obsolescence of Product and Material Specifications and Recipes based on obsolescence reports given by GMDM.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain specifications or recipes accordingly.
• Exploit opportunities for standardization in process and business systems for continuous improvement.
• Engage Stakeholders to enable smooth code creation process (NPI, Factories, GMDM, functional Product Experts).
• Participation on NPI Kick off meetings.
• Support NPI, Factories and GMDM on specific request regarding code creation and related processes.
• Support in assigned initiatives and projects by taking lead and coordinating all involved activity.
• Responsible in delegation of activity in assigned global/regional project and ensure on time delivery.
• Support & consult Product & Packaging Development on code creation request.
• Support TaO business releases in terms of testing of Process or Data Changes.
• Raise IT Tickets on system issues.
• Raise CRs for BAU activities.
• Lead global/regional projects/ programs and CI initiatives as assigned.
• Any Graduation.
