Job summary

HPE Aruba Networking in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Operations professional for a hybrid role requiring two days per week in an HPE office. The role supports sales processes, creates and maintains reports, and provides guidance to peers.

Proficiency in SAP, SFDC, and Power BI is preferred, with 2–4 years' experience and a Bachelor's degree recommended. Strong communication, data handling, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to drive insights and improve reporting and operations in

Responsibilities

  • Provides general support for sales processing activities for an assigned business area or group.
  • Registering information and producing documentation
  • Creates and maintains regular management reports, dashboards, and specialized documentation
  • Researches and provides information in response to requests from sales leadership
  • Provides guidance to less-experienced staff members
  • Identify and improve reporting needs, opportunities to enhance reporting on current sales trends and estimate future circulation sales
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points and compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
  • Reviewing the company’s past and current sales performance and presenting weekly/monthly sales reports to the Senior Management
  • Develops methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
  • Interact with management, IT, and compliance personnel to gather opportunity management requirements and construct necessary quality control procedures for sales /booking data.
  • Perform contract data quality studies and reviews in our internal systems to ready foundational contract data in advance of future sales opportunity creation to enable sales transactions.
  • Determine root case for support contract data integrity issues to drive improvements throughout the organization and cross-functional teams.
  • Improve operational execution as assigned.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:

What You Need To Bring
Education and Experience Required:
  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Typically 2 - 4 years experience
Knowledge And Skills
  • Advanced administrative skills, including data review and proofreading and overall document and information management
  • Knowledge in reporting services and support renewals and systems (SAP & SFDC).
  • Knowledge in database querying language and Power BI
  • Must take initiative, accountability & responsibility for own work.
  • Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software packages
  • Expert user of electronic sales documentation, order management, and bid and quote systems and tools, including regular and ad hoc reporting and data search
  • Thorough understanding of basic order processes, systems configurations and documentation requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with local management.
