Job summary

Karauli Diagnostics is seeking a result-oriented Sales Officer to develop business for Histopathology, Biopsy, Cytology, IHC and pathology tests in Varanasi and surrounding areas. You will visit doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and pathology labs to generate referrals and build tie-ups.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in pathology or diagnostic sales, a strong local healthcare network, and excellent communication skills to drive sample volume and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Pathology/Diagnostic/Hospital Sales preferred.
• Strong local healthcare network and field-sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and pathology labs.
• Generate referrals for Histopathology, Biopsy, FNAC, Cytology, IHC and specialized pathology tests.
• Develop new hospital, doctor and laboratory tie-ups.
• Increase sample volume and monthly pathology revenue.
• Maintain relationships with surgeons, gynecologists, oncologists, gastroenterologists and other specialists.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
