The Banyan HR Consults is seeking a Sales Officer General Trade for Goa to drive primary and secondary sales, with a focus on distributor management and outlet expansion across the Goa territory.

The role requires 2–5 years of GT FMCG experience in Goa, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position offering monthy gross compensation up to ₹45,000.

• Conduct regular market visits and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

CTC: Maximum gross up to 45 KPM

Responsible for driving primary & secondary sales, distributor management, outlet expansion and market coverage across the assigned Goa territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Manage distributors, stockists, wholesalers and retail outlets.
• Drive secondary sales and ensure effective outlet coverage.
• Develop new outlets and expand the customer base.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Implement company schemes, promotions and trade activities.
• Monitor distributor stock, billing, collections and outstanding payments.
• Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 25 years of FMCG General Trade sales experience, preferably with knowledge of the Goa market. Strong distributor handling, retail execution and target-achievement skills. Good communication and negotiation skills required.
