Job summary

Angel and Genie is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive market penetration, distribution, and revenue growth for our FMCG portfolio in the Kurnool region. The ideal candidate will have deep local market knowledge and strong retailer relationships.

You will expand the retail network, drive primary and secondary sales targets for nutrition-focused products, and coordinate trade promotions and activation programs with distributors and stockists.

Qualifications

• Industry-background: FMCG experience in Food/Beverage/Nutrition preferred.
• Domain knowledge: experience selling nutrition-focused products or baby food/health beverages.
• Geographical familiarity: deep knowledge of Kurnool and surrounding areas.
• Language proficiency: fluency in local language (Telugu) and working proficiency in English/Hindi.
• Stability: at least 1.5+ years in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the retail distribution network across Kurnool and nearby areas.
• Drive primary and secondary sales targets for nutrition/beverage portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stockists.
• Implement trade promotions, visibility drives, and local activation programs.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Ensure stock availability, timely replenishment, and address bottlenecks at distributor level.
