Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency sales, life insurance, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with field sales and direct sales techniques.
• Knowledge of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products is a plus.
