Job summary

2coms is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to lead sales activities in the FMCG sector, coordinate deliveries, and develop marketing strategies for supermarkets and local/export customers.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, strong leadership, and excellent English/Hindi communication. The position offers housing and company transport provisions in Suva / Lautoka, Fiji.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from supermarkets, non-deal customers and roadside shops.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for timely product delivery.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to hit sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new local and export customers.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide market insights to Directors.
• Prepare market reports for Operations Managers and Directors.
• Assist management in business decisions.
• Allocate duties to junior staff and ensure smooth day-to-day market operations.
• Develop and implement internal checks and controls for the sales team.
• Monitor sales activities and support target achievement.
• Maintain vehicle servicing records.
• Work independently to complete assigned duties.

Employment Contract: 3 Years

Working Hours: 48 Hours per Week

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure orders from supermarkets, non-deal customers and roadside shops are picked and processed on time.
• Prepare and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new local and export customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare market reports and provide relevant information to Operations Managers and Directors.
• Assist management in making business and operational decisions.
• Allocate duties to junior staff and ensure smooth day-to-day market operations.
• Develop and implement internal checks and controls for the sales team.
• Monitor sales activities and support achievement of business targets.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager.
• Good knowledge of the FMCG industry and supermarket operations.
• Strong sales, marketing and customer relationship management skills.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate junior staff.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Good English and Hindi speaking and listening skills.
