Job summary

Career Shaper is hiring a Sales Manager for SME LAP Secured Lending in Kolkata. You will independently source, develop and close high-value lending opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline and achieving targets.

You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to sanction and disbursement, coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams, and leverage strong local SME networks to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of LAP/SME or secured lending sales experience.
• Proven track record with mid-to-large ticket-size loans.
• Strong understanding of SME secured lending products.
• Excellent local market relationships and acquisition skills.
