Job summary

Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers in Hubli region seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales teams across multiple product lines. The role includes identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and guiding executives to meet targets with a focus on building materials.

Candidates should have 10+ years of selling building materials, strong English and local language skills, a graduate degree, and willingness to travel. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in selling building materials (steel, cement, tiles, paints, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Graduate or above, two-wheelers preferred.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Managers to lead our sales departments in varied verticals and products lines.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by meeting potential customers.


• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.


• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.


• Guide,motivate, and monitor sales executives in achieving their targets.


• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and influencer meets.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in selling building materials (steel, cement,Tiles, Paints, etc.).


2. Strong communication skills in English and the local regional language.


3. Graduate or Above.


4. Must own a two-wheeler (Bike or Scooter).


5. Well-groomed with a professional and pleasing personality.


6. Willingness to travel to other cities as required.


7. Age: 30 - 45 years.


8. Male candidates preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: 10.0 lakhs per annum (inclusive of 1-month performance bonus).
