Job summary

SkillLabs in Jamnagar, Gujarat is seeking a channel manager to drive new customer acquisition, nurture partner relationships, and grow the affordable mortgage segment in the region.

The role emphasizes end-to-end file processing, portfolio health, and coordination with legal, technical, collection, FI and RCU vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in channel management for Prime product.

Responsibilities

• Drive business by acquiring new customers in the allocated region to expand affordable reach.
• Nurture relationships with sourcing partners including Connectors, Referral Partners and DSA.
• Increase market share of affordable mortgage and deepen geographic penetration.
• Ensure high engagement levels for effective pre- and post-customer service.
• Oversee login of files and ensure smooth processing using digital methods.
• Maintain control of NPA and Collections / overdue cases.
