Job summary

SkillLabs in Chennai region seeks a channel management professional responsible for acquiring new customers and nurturing partner relationships to grow affordable mortgage reach. The role focuses on expanding market share and ensuring end-to-end customer service excellence.

The candidate should have a PG degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience and prior channel management exposure for Prime products, handling NPA and collections as needed within a high-engagement lending environment.

• Experience in channel management for Prime product.

Responsibilities

• Driving business by acquiring new customers in the allocated region to expand affordable reach.
• Nurturing relationships with sourcing partners - Connectors, Referral Partners and DSA.
• Increasing market share of affordable mortgage and deeper geographic penetration.
• Ensuring high engagement for pre- and post-customer service.
• Responsible for login of files and ensuring smooth processing using digital methods.
• Complete control of NPA and Collections / overdue cases sourced.
• Maintain portfolio health by ensuring lend-to-collect culture is followed up to the last mile.
• Liaison with and manage legal, technical, collection, FI and RCU vendors.
