Job summary

SkillLabs in Hyderabad seeks a driven professional to accelerate customer acquisition and strengthen partner networks for affordable mortgage products. You will drive new business, nurture connectors and referral partners, and expand market reach across geography while ensuring service standards and portfolio health.

Candidate should have a postgraduate education and 3–5 years in channel management, with experience in Prime product lines and a strong focus on processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in channel management for Prime product.

Responsibilities

• Drive business by acquiring new customers in the assigned region to expand affordable reach.
• Nurture relationships with sourcing partners – Connectors, Referral Partners and DSA.
• Increase market share of affordable mortgage and penetration in deeper geographies.
• Ensure high engagement for effective pre and post customer service.
• Handle login and smooth processing of files using digital methods.
• Maintain control of NPA and collections/overdue cases sourced.
• Ensure portfolio health by promoting a lend-to-collect culture to the last mile.
• Liaise with and manage legal, technical, collection, FI and RCU vendors.
