Aufgaben

• Drive business by acquiring new customers in the allocated region with focus to expand affordable reach.
• Nurture relationships with sourcing partners — Connectors, Referral Partners and DSA.
• Increase market share of affordable mortgage and expand geographic penetration.
• Ensure high engagement for smooth pre- and post-customer service.
• Handle login of files and ensure smooth processing using digital methods.
• Maintain control of NPAs and collections / overdue cases.
• Ensure portfolio health and follow up on lend-to-collect at the last mile.
• Liaise with legal, technical, collections, FI and RCU vendors.
