Eccel Recycling Private Limited is seeking a Lead Sales professional for our RVSF facility in Howrah district, near Kolkata. The role focuses on selling ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, reusable auto parts, and building a buyer network across dealers and industrial buyers.

You will negotiate daily market-based pricing, set regional targets, and lead a small sales team. The position offers leadership growth within a growing, organized recycling business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales; team-handling experience preferred
• Sharp on pricing/negotiation; comfortable with daily rate fluctuations

Responsibilities

• Sell scrap metal and reusable/recyclable auto parts
• Identify and onboard buyers — scrap traders, foundries, re-rolling mills, parts dealers, garages
• Negotiate pricing based on daily market rates for ferrous/non-ferrous scrap
• Build and manage a small sales team (including junior sales staff); assign targets and territories
