Job summary

Cssd Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager to drive business with government hospitals, AIIMS, PSUs and other public-sector healthcare institutions across India.

You will identify opportunities through GeM, government tenders and institutional procurement, build strong relationships with government procurement and hospital authorities, and lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, with extensive travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Government or institutional sales.
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal and government tenders.
• Existing relationships with Government Hospitals/AIIMS/PSUs is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel across India.

Key Responsibilities: Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Manager:

• Develop business with Government Hospitals, AIIMS, Central/State Government Hospitals, PSUs and other public-sector healthcare institutions.
• Identify and generate opportunities through GeM, government tenders, e-tendering and institutional procurement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government procurement, purchase, CSSD, biomedical and hospital authorities.
• Promote and sell CSSD equipment, consumables, sterilization solutions, hospital laundry solutions and healthcare services.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and tender identification to quotation, negotiation, order closure and payment follow-up.
• Conduct regular visits to government hospitals and institutions to develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Tender, Technical, Operations and Management teams for successful tender participation and execution.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, tender status and regular sales reports.
• Monitor government healthcare projects, upcoming tenders and market opportunities across assigned territories.
• Travel extensively as required for government/institutional business development.

Preferred Profile

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Government Sales / Institutional Sales / Medical Devices / Healthcare / CSSD.
• Strong knowledge of GeM Portal, government tenders and institutional procurement.
• Existing relationships with Government Hospitals/AIIMS/PSUs will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel across India.
