Job summary

IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic professional to manage broker/partner relationships and drive premium targets. Based in Chennai, you will coordinate with brokers to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals, and provide product training to enhance sales effectiveness.

You will conduct product and process training for broker employees, and assist with quotes, underwriting coordination and policy issuance to boost branch productivity and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Life Insurance knowledge related to broker/partner management.
• Experience delivering training on insurance products and processes.
• Familiarity with underwriting coordination and policy issuance.
