Job summary

NoBroker in India is seeking a field sales professional to onboard brokers, agents, and real estate firms and to build strong relationships with society associations and key stakeholders in the local market.

The role requires generating supply through continuous field engagement, regular follow-ups, and providing market feedback from the field. Travel across Bangalore is expected, with a high ownership and target-driven profile.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, channel sales, or field sales (1–2 years minimum).
• Strong local market knowledge of Bangalore.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable with extensive travel.
