Job summary

Optiphoenix in Delhi is offering a paid internship to join our outreach team, focusing on establishing initial conversations with prospective customers across US and EU markets.

You’ll learn and perform email and LinkedIn campaigns, make cold calls, and draft high-converting messages while gaining hands-on mentorship from leadership.

This 3-month program leads to a fast-track full-time offer for high performers and invites you to be part of a dynamic, ambitious team.

• Run outreach campaigns across Email, LinkedIn & other channels for US & EU markets.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers, introduce OptiPhoenix, understand their needs, and initiate meaningful conversations.
• Learn social selling (build a personal brand that gets replies!)
• Research & identify ICP leads + buying signals
• Write high-converting, human-first messages that open doors
• Work closely with OP’s leadership team on real growth experiments
