Job summary

Codingal in Bengaluru is hiring a full-time Sales Intern to drive student retention, renewals and referrals, working in-person from 1 pm to 10 pm with a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup culture. Freshers are welcome; CS/tech background is preferred but not mandatory, and a Bachelor’s degree is expected.

Compensation includes a ₹22,000 monthly stipend plus incentives up to ₹15,000. PPO is possible after six months, with a 4 L fixed salary + 6 L incentives (up to 10 L cash CTC) per year, and free

Work Location & Schedule

• Shift Time: 1 pm to 10 pm
• Week Off: Any one day between Monday and Friday
• This is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
