JB Group of Companies in Delhi is seeking an experienced interior design professional to lead end-to-end projects from concept to handover. You will develop concepts, create 3D visuals, prepare BOQs, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end interior design projects (residential/commercial).
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings based on client needs.
• Create 3D designs and walkthroughs using design software.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and timelines.
• Meet prospective clients and present design solutions.
• Convert leads into confirmed projects through design presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and design presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Upsell design solutions, materials, and services.
• Coordinate with internal sales, procurement, and execution teams.
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals professionally.
• Experience in Residences/Furnishings/Commercials.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings based on client
• Create 3D designs and walkthroughs using design software
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality execution
• Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and timelines

Sales & Client Management Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions
• Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective design presentations and negotiations
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Upsell design solutions, materials, and additional services when appropriate
• Coordinate with internal sales, procurement, and execution teams
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals professionally

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and modular systems
• Knowledge of site execution, measurements, and coordination
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Strong costing and BOQ preparation skills

Sales & Soft Skills

• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or design consultation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Residences/Furnishing/Commercials.
• Experience working with Furnishing/Luxury segment.
• Prior experience handling end-to-end projects from sales to handover
